[Back To Top] UK Nation® Terms of Use - Adding A URL   Submitting your URL to us for inclusion into the UK Nation Search engine constitutes your agreement to the Terms & Conditions set out in this page in full. If you intend to submit a website to us then it should meet the following conditions: The site should be UK Relevant and/or provide goods and services directly to UK Customers. The site should be fully operational and not under construction. The site should NOT contain pornographic, obscene, slanderous, pirated,offensive, or other illegal material in any form. The site should NOT be a "doorway" to any other site or location. No Pyramid/MLM/"make a million pounds in a week" sites Non English Language sites are not permitted Sites selling illegal items are not permitted Multiple submissions of the same site are not permitted. Multiple submissions of the same url using different pages are not permitted. UK Nation reserves the right to remove/reject any sites that fail to meet the above conditions. Furthermore we reserve the right to disclose any information neccesary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation or legal request or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, at UK Nation's sole discretion. We offer two types of inclusion within our directory - a Basic and a Premium listing. A Basic listing is FREE with limited features. all Listings attract a one-off £9.99 administration fee which covers the submission process. This is a non-refundable charge and must be made prior to the submitted sites review. This payment does not gaurantee entry into our directory it is merely an administration charge. Should payment not be received for any listing then that listing will not be reviewed and will be deleted from our database. If your site fails to meet the above guidelines and is rejected then this payment will not be refunded. A Premium Paid Listing is equivalent to less than £1 per week which has to be the best value advertising on the net! We automatically set up future yearly payments at the time of initial payment. This means you don't need to worry about forgetting next year - your site will not be removed and will remain listed with us. It also allows us to reduce admin costs thus passing the savings on to you. You can of course cancel this agreement at any time and full details are supplied in the email sent by WorldPay and also by logging into your WorldPay account. For a Limited Period Our Yearly Premium listing fee is £49 (Forty Nine Pounds) per entry* - payable at the time of submission. In the event that your site is not accepted you will be entitled to a Full Refund. If your site does not comply with the submission criteria above then no refund will be available e.g. if you submit an adult site it will be rejected and no refund will be forthcoming. Listings are not offered on a trial basis and refunds will not be made once the subscription has started.
